REGISTRATION FOR THE 2025 SEASON IS NOW OPEN

The first session is full. The second session will only run if I can secure a Volunteer to run it. If the second session does not run you will receive a refund.

*This will be my final year as commissioner. Please reach out if you are interested in taking over this volunteer position next season.

*For the 2025 season the league will need one or two volunteers to manage each session. Being able to offer two sessions will be based off of retaining these volunteers. Being able to offer two sessions allows about 80 children in the community a chance to participate in TBall, so please consider volunteering.

Responsibilities would include: field setup (first session), keeping time for the stations and ensuring the session is staying on schedule, manage the game schedule, ensuring participants are being safe and respectful of the field, and clean up (second session) equipment.

  • ONLY SUBMIT ONE FORM PER CHILD.
  • ALLOW A FEW DAYS FOR A CONFIRMATION EMAIL TO BE SENT. 
  • PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.

Waiver Agreement

I ACCEPT THE TERMS OF THE PERMISSION FORM AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: I, the parent or guardian of the named participant listed on this form, do hereby give my permission to his or her participation in any or all activities of the Bethel Bombers T-ball Clinic during the current year. To the best of my knowledge he or she is physically able to participate in any of the Bethel Bombers T-ball Clinic activities. I do further release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the Bethel Bombers T-ball Clinic, its organizers, managers, coaches, sponsors, members, or as a group, from any claims from any property damage, personal injury, and/or bodily injury which the named participant may suffer and to which the named participant and/or the legal guardian may be entitled and which said claim may arise during or be indirectly related to any or all activities of the Bethel Bombers T-ball Clinic including transportation of the named participant to or from said activities whether or not the cause for the claim was through direct or indirect negligence of the Bethel Bombers T-ball Clinic, it’s organizers, managers, coaches, sponsors, members. I have read the agreement entirely and fully understand its meaning and content.
